ORDER PROCESSING

All customers will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours of placing their order.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.

Pre-order items may take up to 10 weeks to dispatch. A shipping notification will be sent when your order is prepared for posting.

A tracking notification will be sent once your order has been lodged with the courier.

Orders will be shipped complete. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be fulfilled and shipped in full.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — AUSTRALIA

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the number of units purchased.

We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

We do not ship outside of these countries. This may change at any time without notice.

International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for international orders are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the number of units purchased.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

European Union

VAT is collected at checkout for all orders shipping to EU member states. No additional VAT or import charges will be applied upon delivery for orders valued under €150.

United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import duties and taxes may be collected by HMRC or your local courier upon delivery. These charges are determined by UK Border Force and are the responsibility of the recipient. Snacket Pty Ltd is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to UK orders.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import duties and taxes may be collected by Canada Border Services Agency upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Snacket Pty Ltd is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to Canadian orders.

Norway and Switzerland

Orders shipped to Norway and Switzerland are sent on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Import duties and taxes may be applied upon delivery in accordance with local customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Snacket Pty Ltd is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees applied to orders shipping to these countries.

All Other International Orders

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country. Snacket Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges. Full responsibility for any duties or taxes applied rests with the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the cost of return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@snacket.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.
