SNACKET Pty Ltd SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 2 business days process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours from purchase to let you know your order is on the way!
All orders will have courier notification and tracking availability (if selected/included) for customers.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for
Local delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders eligible for flat rate shipping currently only include delivery within Australia via various couriers depending on delivery location. Flat rate shipping will be calculated at checkout based on delivery when eligible.
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Automated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Flat rate shipping: We offer Express post flat rate shipping to most Australian postal destinations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Monaco, Netherlands New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not ship outside of these countries. This can be changed at any time by Snacket Pty Ltd without notice.
Automatic shipping rates :
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location in related to Snacket’s warehouse/storage facility.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Snacket Pty Ltd is not responsible these charges (or part thereof) if they are applied and are your full responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@snacket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution based on our return policy.
